Composition：
Zinc diisobutyldithiocarbamate 80%;
elastomeric binder and dispersing agents 20%
Appearance：White granules

Use:
Actmix ZDiBC-80GE is an ECO-friendly carbamate rubber vulcanization accelerator, used as super accelerator in nature rubber and synthetic rubber, has excellent dispersion in the rubber compounds. Do not form carcinogenic nitrosamine during the curing process. Generally combine use with thiazole or thiuram accelerator. Compared with traditional dithiocarbate accelerator ZDBC, ZDEC and ZDMC, Actmix ZDiBC-80GE has higher processing safety, and is a good Environmentally friendly alternatives.
Dosage：
Generally 0.5-2.0phr
Application
Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, hoses, sheaths, etc.
Packaging：
N.W.25kg each carton lined with PE bag, N.W. 600kg each pallet.
Storage stability：
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
Recommended shelf-life: Two years.
