PROPERTIES:
ACT-70GA is a collaborative surfactant that come from the combined of active amine and scorch retarder, can replace the effect of dimethyl phenyl guanidine (DOTG) in ethylene acrylate and acrylate rubber.It can make rubber have a short vulcanization,lead to a good aging resistance of rubber product, a Low swelling property and good compression deformation in engine oil.
DOSAGE:
ACM: 0.5-2 phr
AEM: 3-4 phr
Application: rubber product: seal ring, tube, rubber O-ring, cable
Compared to traditional accelerator/activator, Actmix ACT-70GA allows:
Effective guarantee of activity of ACT-70 due to pre-dispersed masterbatch.
Tack free products at room temperature, convenience and accuracy on ingredients.
Lower Mooney viscosity at lower temperature (50℃), higher quality of dispersion.
Impurity free, blocked filter free of extrusive products, scrap rate reduction and higher productivity thanks to filtration.
Wider compatibility with other elastomers.
