PROPERTIES: Actmix MBT-80PE can be directly used in open mill.
Actmix MBT-80PE a quasi-ultrafast, multi functional accelerator which has longer plateau of vulcani- zing period to provide excellent physical and mechanical properties to vulcanizates. It is used as antiscorching agent for sulfurless rubber compounds and as a vulcanization retarder for CR compounds. Alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde-amines and guanidines and thiurams, dithiocarbamates can activate MBT.

Various industrial products such as hoses, conveyor belting, transmission belting, cable jackets.

RECOMMENT DOSAGE:
Primary accelerator for NR and SBR: 1.0-2.0phr with 2.0-3.0phr sulfur; for IIR: 0.5-1phr with 0.5-1.5 Actmix®TMTD-80 and 1-2phr sulfur.
PACKAGING&STORAGE: N.W.25kg each carton lined PE bag; N.W.600kg each pallet.
Shelf-life: 1 year in its original packaging
