Production description
Composition：
Combination of heat-reactive alkyl-phenol resin with zinc oxide (70 %); elastomer binder (IIR) and dispersing agent (30 %)
Appearance：
Light-yellow to yellowish-brown granules
Density (20℃)：1.2 g/cm3

Use
Actmix BCS-45/IIR is a complete cure package for the curing of Butyl compound. It is a combination of heat-reactive alkyl-phenol resin with zinc oxide uniformly pre-dispersed in Butyl rubber, has excellent dispersion in butyl rubber, ensures the best activity of the vulcanization system. Butyl compound can get special heat and steam resistance
if use Actmix BCS-45/IIR. Actmix BCS-45/IIR is a Vulcanizing agent, in order to obtain a suitable vulcanization time, an appropriate amount of halogen donor must be added. In
generally, adding 3-5phr of neoprene can achieve good result. In order to achieve good dispersion while avoiding scorching, recommend to add Actmix BCS-45/IIR at the end of mixing, under mixing temperature 110°C-130°C.
Dosage：
Recommend dosage 15-25phr.
Application
Used in the production of vulcanized tire bladders, tire retread envelopes, vulcanized
rubber sleeves and electrical insulation, heat-resistant and water vapor resistant rubber
products, and medical bottle stoppers
Packaging：
N.W. 25kg carton lined with PE bag; N.W.600kg each pallet.
Storage stability：
In original closed containers under cool, dry and well-ventilated conditions.
Shelf-life: 24 months since production date.
