PROPERTIES:
Actmix ZMBT-80 is the accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex, performance similar to accelerator M, but weak effectiveness, high curing critical temperature(138℃). ZMBT mainly used in the latex, combined with ZDMC or ZDEC as primary accelerator. ZMBT vulcanized latex film with a high modulus. Meanwhile, no need increasing curing time also can get good resistance to compression set properties for foam rubber compound.
RECOMMEND DOSAGE:
0.5 – 1.5 phr usually
