PROPERTIES:
TMTM can extremely accelerate vulcanization rate of natural and synthetic rubber and has good scorching safety. The activity can be improved by combination of alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde-amines and guanidines . As a secondary accelerator with sulfenamides and thiols, TMTM has important applications in technically. Low- sulfur vulcanization can provide excellent heat aging resistance for vulcanizates.

DOSAGE:
For NR: 0.15-0.3phr with 2-3phr sulfur;
For SBR: 0.25-1.5phr with 2-3.5phr sulfur;
For IIR: 1-2phr with 1-2 phr sulfur;
For NBR: 0.1-3phr with 0.5-2phr sulfur and 1-2phr thiols accelerators;
For CR: 0.5-1phr with 0.5-1phr sulfur and 1-3phr accelerator D.
