PROPERTIES:
DPG can lead to a long scorch time and relatively slow vulcanization rate but can not be applied to light-colored products due to its ability of slight discoloration except for be a activator. Combination with antioxidants is necessary due to its poor thermo-oxidation ageing properities of vulcanizate when DOTG is used alone. DPG can effectively activate thiols accelerators but has no accelerating effect on vulcanization of IIR and EPDM.

DOSAGE:
Primary accelerator: 1-2phr with 2.5-3.5phr sulfur;
Secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.25phr with 0.75-1 thiols accelerators and 2.5phr sulfur.

APPLICATIONS:
Rubber industrial products with white fillers.
