PROPERTIES:
Actmix MBT-80GE/C is easily identification.
It is a quasi-ultrafast, multi-functional accelerator which has longer plateau of vulcani- zing period to provide excellent physical and mechanical properties to vulcanizates. It is used as antiscorching agent for sulfurless rubber compounds and as a vulcanization retarder for CR compounds. Alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde-amines and guanidines and thiurams, dithiocarbamates can activate Actmix MBT-80.
DOSAGE: Primary accelerator for NR and SBR: 1.0-2.0phr with 2.0-3.0phr sulfur; for IIR: 0.5-1phr with 0.5-1.5 Actmix TMTD-80 and 1-2phr Actmix®S-80. APPLICATIONS:
Various industrial products such as hoses, conveyor belting, transmission belting, cable jackets.
