Composition：
85% active zinc oxide, 15% polymer binder & dispersant
Function:
Actmix ZnO-85C is made of Controllable Structural Active Zinc Oxide,with high activity and excellent dispersion. The crosslinking density, comprehensive performance, wear resistance of vulcanized rubber can be improved by adding it into rubber formula. In addition, the vulcanizate has higher elastic modulus and lower hysteresis loss. Its tensile strength and elongation at break in hot air is better than that of ordinary rubber. Added to rubber products, the vulcanization rate remains unchanged, product quality and stability improved and production cost reduced.
Application:
Used in almost all rubber products to improve the static and dynamic mechanical properties.
Dosage：
3-8 phr, can replace the traditional indirect zinc oxide equivalent.
Package:
N.W. 25 kg in carton lined with PE bag; N.W.1000kg per pallet.
