PROPERTIES:
Actmix MBTS-75PE can be used on open mill.
Actmix MBTS-75 is a general quasi-ultrafast accele- rator with excellent processing safety which can be used alone or combined with other accelerators, in addition, Actmix®MBTS-75 together with activated dithiocarbamates can avoid rubber scorching. Thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines can activate Actmix®MBTS-75. It is a retarder for processing and vulcanizing of CR compounds. It can improve processing safety with ultrafast accelerators. Its vulcanizate has an excellent heat aging resistance.
RECOMMEND DOSAGE:
Primary accelerator for NR and SBR: 1.0-2.0phr with 2.0-3.0phr sulfur; for IIR: 0.25-1phr with 1-2phr sulfur.
APPLICATIONS:
Heat resistant industrial products, cable jackets and insulating layers, solid rubber.
